Race Day
Today is going to be a good day. The Indy 500 (The classic open wheel race) is on, then the Coca Cola 600 (The longest NASCAR race of the year). Also planned is hanging with the family for a late Mothers Day/Sisters Birthday celebration. I think we are going to see The Da Vinci Code. I enjoyed the book, and am not sure I want to see the movie. The movie hardly stacks up to the book version, in the minds eye.
The Ducks just couldn’t pull it off. I had this gut feeling about the Oilers, which I had previously stated. I think they are going to win it all. It will be good for hockey to have the Cup in Canada again. We shall see soon.
I am working on some Jewelry, some art, and also getting more sections of the website. I think I am going to work on a Podcast soon. Most likely just observations and ramblings of things I see. It will be things I am interested in. Kind of “Life as I see it” type of stuff.
