Radio Radio
For the longest time I thought my radio was dying. I had no reception and had had no idea why. This morning I decided to tear the dash apart and figure out what I needed to do to hardwire my iPod into the radio/speakers. I was able to see that everything seemed connected, and when I moved the radio, the reception improved. I followed the antenna line and found out there was another connection behind the carpet behind the glove box that had become disconnected. YAY! Maybe even my FM transponder for my iPod will work. (Not likely due to the fact that there are so many used radio stations around here. I can hope for the best. I love figuring things out and working with my hands. It was a fun challenge to tear apart the dash area, and even got it back together.
