Morning Moonlight!
As I walked out of the house, I was greeted with the New Moon hanging on the horizon in the West. The burple (Blue/Purple) sky was magnificent and faded from that al the way across the color spectrum to fire red as the sun was rising in the East. It reminds me how little we really are and the big deals that I let take over are very small in the grand scheme of things. You ever get those days? Its the day off, and it is starting well. A little sun, a walk or ride when the sun comes out, and a meeting tonight.
Life is good.
Have I mentioned how entertaining barfly’s are? I encountered some the other night outside a local dive bar. The guys and girls were fully plastered and trying to work some sort of hookup/connection as they were leaving. It was very obvious the gents wanted more than the ladies were willing to give. Maybe my sober state made it painfully obvious what was going on, or maybe my past experience being in that state. (although it has been many years). They hung outside the bar for a long time, without anyone stating the obvious, but flirting and flinging innuendoes, and ultimately leaving alone. It was classic. They probably do it every night. I love being an observer.
